Hi
I had hot start issue solved it by replacing lp pump
Now struggles to start from cold as well as hot
Once started drives fine no smoke no loss in power
Wood it be faulty injector/s or the pressure sensor on rail
If I get recon injectors do they have to be re coded to work
How do I do a leak off test

Check the glow plugs first

Went back to basics
Checked battery voltage with nothing on or running 12.18 volt or 50% charged
Checked while running everything on lights seats heater 14.40 volt
How do I check glow plugs take out and put across 12 v supply

Regarding injectors can u replace with reconditioned ones as a straight swap or do they have to be coded to work

regarding hot start issue turned out to be fuel pressure sensor and fuel temp sensor

how do you research 62, etc etc

Hi just an update solved hot start issue by changing rail fuel pressure sensor fidily but done now
Plus installed air compressor service kit really easy to do solved issue with eas cutting out due to compressor over heating
