Jumped in the L322 this morning and seem to take a while for forward to engage and then reverse.

Got to our gate, wouldn't go into forward or reverse (showing on dash and lever moving as normal). Turned it on/off and went into drive no prob.

Got to work and it wouldn't engage reverse, again on/off and it working ok.

What's going on? I've noticed last night there seem to be a short delay in engaging forward and now we seem to have complete failure (until on/off).

There's another very similar issue discussed in the last couple of days on here. @Saint.V8 came up with a possible answer. Cant remember who posted it but look up Ant's recent posts and you'll find it.

Think that one was stuck in 4th.

I've dropped it down garage, seem to be a problem when warm as initially ok. I'm hoping its low oil causing lower pressure...

No signs of leaking unlike my tdv8 6sp gear box...
