Iv'e got a 95, 4.6 hse gems, it's been supplied with 3 keys. One key is completely dead does nothing and looks worn out, one key works fine no problems what so ever. The third one however looks quite new, unlocks the car with no problems but when i put the key in the ignition and turn it then the fun begin. First thing that happens is that the heater blower starts, then the message centre goes through practically every fuse telling me that they have all blown. i haven't actually turned the key all the way to start the car for fear of doing some damage so dont know if it would start the car.
Once the key is removed and i use the one that works fine all the faults dissapear and the car works as normal.
