fob stopped working so put new batterys in x 2,led light not working and im using the eka code to get in and start it do i need a new fob i only got 1 with the car

sounds like you've put the batteries in the wrong way, check and make sure the connections are clean.

Sure to be batteries in wrong as tommo138 said, or the little metal contacts are bent. Either way you have to get the little LED has to work.

batterys are in the right way contacts are clean and ok,new fob required i think

have you tried putting key in lock turn key to lock position and press open on the button

remove and try buttons or its other way about i.e unlock and press lock i cant remeber lol i had to do that

No good doing any of that if the LED doesn't light on the FOB. The FOB is inactive and it is almost always a bad connection after the batteries have been replaced.

Put battery carrier in place lined up with mark. But do not turn to engage. Press lock button and turn battery holder into position whilst holding lock button down. LED should not work.

if the led worked b4 bat change it must be bad contact or uv fecked it, get the led working put the key in lock press and hold lock on the fob and lock with the key that'll resync the fob.

i give the contacts a clean and a gentle scrape with a screw driver and its now working,used eka and synced the key and all is good
