Good afternoon

I have just drained my gearbox oil (R380) and found these bits stuck to the magnet on the drain plug. How serious is this as this is the first time I have changed the oil so don't know what to expect?

its synchro hub spring one of two fitted to hub 3 x hubs in box 1-2 ,3-4, 5-rev will want rebuilding soon else it will bugger up in a more espensive way
