Hi,just bought my first landy,namely a disco 2 in silver complete with starship enterprise mileage and slightly rusty chassis but not rotten. I am a truck and van tech and have access to equipment that I know I will need.....Welder namely.
Have many many questions to ask mostly stupid ones but we all gotta start somewhere.

Hi the boxer,

welcome to the looneyzone.

Hope all the electronics are good. What year is it? V8 or Td5? what is Starship mileage.

Top tips.

Find a friend who has diagnostics that work on the D2 .
Make sure to download the Rave workshop manual.
Find out what the EKA code is.

Hi neilly.

It's a td5...251k miles on a 'rebuilt' engine in a nice silver colour..Blenheim I believe. It's a 1999/2000 on a v plate.
I have Delphi diag here but what is rave and eka?.

And the attachment in this link will explain about the EKA code and how you can get it. It can be read by diagnostics. Altho I do not know if the Delphi diag works on the D2 Td5.
