Hi folks, some advice needed please.
I have a P38 RR 2.5DSE with just under 70K on the clock and I have a question:
The RR appears to have what can only be described as a judder.
This occurs, when from standstill I engage D and take my foot off the brake. I take the revs up the scale and the car moves off. If held at exactly 1000 rpm the car judders. If I take it slightly under the 1000 or just over, the judder stops .. If in stationary traffic or crawling along in a queue and the D is engaged with tick-over revs moving the car, there is no juddering ..
Ive enquired at my local LR garage and they state this is a peculiarity of the fly-by-wire system and quite normal.
Anybody able to confirm this or is something on the way out..????
Many thanks in advance.
