Ive searched through the threads and couldn't find anything on this so sorry if I missed the thread that covered it, I seem to have a problem when im in any gear or speed and driving at 2k revs if keep it at 2k it seems to judder a little like its pulling stopping pulling stopping and so on.

If I drive in first gear and go past 2k revs change to 2nd then past 2k revs and change again and so on it doesn't bat a eyelid its just when im sat at what ever the speed limit is in any gear with the rev counter at 2k it judders, I run on both bio and normal diesel and its the same on any fuel and did it before I used bio.

Its had a normal service although I didn't do the sediment filter... could it be that clogged?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like a split turbo hose, prob from or to intercooler. Have a look for oily sooty deposit near the split.

ill look I know I put one new one on when I did the egr blank off but ill check the hose to and from the turbo and update this thread accordingly.

Had a look and found the soot on the turbo pipe it just I had a quick glimpse in a car park so I will get some new pipes and inspect further on the weekend and will update again.
