I went to try and replace the fuel filler pipe on my 130 hi cap today after someone trying to cut through it presumably to try and syphon fuel ( dumb a$$ess should have seen that the fuel filler was not a lockable one) only to find that the jubilee clips around the exiting pipe appear to have sheer off heads.

Is this normal and how should I get them off with out doing damage to the tank inlet?

Any advice greatly appreciated
