I thought I would write to Isuzu. They informed me that my 1999 LWD TD
Citation should have had "Two campaign services, one for injector sleeve
replacement, and a turbo change".

What they did not tell me, should I pay for it? Have other owners been
informed of this. What was the problem with the turbo?
