Is the Isuzu Trooper known by other names in other countries,
particularly North America?

(I know about the Mitsubishi Shogun being the "Pajero" in some parts of
the world.)

Monterey, Bighorn and Jackaroo AFAIK

In Australia they are Holden Jackaroos

It's called the Trooper in the USA.

The trim levels are named differently though (they don't
have Duty, Citation etc).
