Cleaned out intercooler today, now when turbo comes in it whistles realy loud checked pipes seem on ok cant see any marks on cooler to say i damged it so any ideas?

Stupid realy but when i took pipe to inlet manifold (no egr) from cooler the jubly clip was at an awkward angle so when i put it back i turned it round but the clip is a land rover one and has a lump on the back and as it is so tight for space it would only seal the way it came off.Mental note buy new jublys

think this may be why mine is whistling but as my intercooler has a slight leak so wont bother chaning the Jubilee Clips till I get the new one from ebay
