Just typed the reg into a comparison site of a defender Ive seen on ebay but it is saying the reg no is not valid.

Does anyone know why this is,should I steer clear or is it something as simple as sits being recognized as a commercial or something.

Did you leave a space as there is on the reg doc? Is it mot'd (if not sometimes they dont show on system).

what age is it? some comparison site databases only go back 15 years. try putting it into the dvla website that'll tell you if it's dodgy.
