Since having head gasket done...I've got injection error on warning lights.....on inspection...I have one wet union...and bubbles from Base of same injector...is it just the case of do em tighter

Fit new copper washers, Tighten clamps to RAVE Torque, Check union pipe end face and seat isn't damaged, fit union and tighten to RAVE torque.

A leaking spill pipe and a few gas bubbles are not causing the MIL lamp to come on. If the engine is otherwise running ok check the connection to number four injector. Diag would tell you what is causing it.

No clamps on a P38 Ant. Injectors torqued to 48 lb ft. He could try backing them off and re torquing. But a few bubbles is of not much consequence.
