I have just stripped and rebuilt my rear door... (see pic) I have bought a new window rubber, is this fitted using the method with a special bit of string to pull the lip ofer the glass? I have done the side windows myself before but they just press in (with lots of lube).

Otherwise, if this may risk breaking a rare/delicate/obsolete bit of glass should I just pay the mobile window man to come and fit it?
