I'm considering to buy this landy which is good and all but it's ex MOD so fully camo...does anybody know how much could set me back to re-paint it?

Have a go yersel'. If ah remember rightly, a 5lt tin cost me about £30. Borrowed a neighbours compressor, bought a cheapo spray gun from halfrauds, bought a 5lt tin of primer, tin of thinners and a tin of hardners anaw.
5lts is more than enuff and allows for a lot of cockin' up

That'd be my first approach, did you just use masking tape over windows and other bits you didnt want to paint?
By the way, I was also looking at a Landy exactly like yours, is it a good machine?

maskin' tape and newspaper over the glass, wings and bonnet were off anyways so did them seperate. Also did roof first then masked it off with tape and papers as well. Have a look in me gallery around page 17 just tae see wot ah'm on aboot
