Does anyone happen to know the part number of this bolt and even better where I can get a couple?

Is it a standard bolt, or os there something special about it?
Are there any markings on the head of the bolt?

It appears to be a special one, it is a female torx type with no markings on it. The head is round and tall.
I can have a better look tomorrow.
