hi folks ive actually just found this great site by accident, i was surfin the net trying to find out a little info about my freelander td4 which ive had for around 6 mths,its been great up until recently where ive discovered water leaking from underneath, im not loosing any coolant and the water thats leaking is actually cold and clear and from a small pipe at back of engine, iwas banging my head against a brick wall trying to solve this mystery leak until i read a few of the coments on here which were very helpful saying that it could well be air con moisture,i would love to be sure and would be very grateful for anymore ideas. cheers guys.

ear - dunt pu "x" at the end of yer post ffs! there's some strange peeps on here!

yup - it's air-con condensate. to prove it, run the car with the air-con off fer a while and the leakage will stop. it's not a problem / normal.

hiya grunt !
i used to have an ex army swb landrover lightweight many years ago with spoked wheels and grabber tyres,bull bar and loads of spots looked gr8 and drove even better but getting married and having kids put pay to that, id love another one though, cheers anyway.

I'm thinking of getting a lightweight but you can keep the big wheels, Bull bars an spots.

T90 - Interestingly, you can get a false result on the Freelander as the AC will run automatically with the cabin heater set to windscreen until the engine is warm.
