9was doing my inlet manifold today and got to the last bolt (the on between the inlet and the pipes) and it appears that a monkey has had a go on it, half of the head is rounded and the other half is now on its way out. i managed to "crack" the nut but now no socket will grip and just keeps spinning, anybody have any suggestions to how i can get it out??

i cant remember what their name is but there are sockets that will grip on chewed heads.

i bought somefing like that basically its a plug socket with little straigh bars fixed inside which will soposedly grip anyfing as to date i still ant used it
