its not the insulator that goes its often the gasket underneath and its supposedly the same part number as the carb gasket but its bigger best option go and get your corn flakes box draw around the insulator and see how you get on its an hour to test it and free

yeah was the lower gasket (didnt need the new part in the end) so cut out a new one and stuck it all back together giving it a test run today see what happens. cheers for comments
