Hi
I have a Dakar 4x4 based on a Discovery 200 3.5 V8 EFI auto
It developed a severe miss fire whilst out the other day and lost all power, other than the power to engulf those behind in smoke!
When I opened the bonnet there was petrol dripping from the exhaust manifold gasket.
The nearest spark plug (front left) was soaking wet with petrol.
Any ideas on what would cause this?
I limped to my work by unplugging the injector on that port and it ran terribly on 7 or less cylinders
I don't know where to start - any ideas?
