hi guys just decided to join as i'm gonna be startin my new landy project and will definately been needin some help. i'm not knew the 4x4 scene or landy scene as the first car i ever really learned to drive and fully knew handling and capablities was a series 2 petrol disco and i miss her very much but i still do own a good 4x4, i will not mention the make or model as there is a bit of rivalry between the 2 lol but i have limited us of that one as its in a different country, and as im driving a 1.6 escort over here i have decided i need something a bit more me and something to have abit of fun with so im gettin meself a v8 disco series 1 and turning into a bit of a beast puttin some 35x12.50 R15 on with at least a 2" lift wheel spacers flared arch's snorkel and a few other bits and pieces but as i have never moded a car this way i'm gonna be callin on a lot of help, the one thing i do have on myside is a donor car that is sat in a nice dry barn which i have access too if things go wrong, so hopfully i'm not gonna be gettin too many suprises. but anyways i just wanted to say hi if anyones got any advice for me i'm open ears and look forward to hearing from you! cheers!
