Having used this forum a lot since purchasing my 4.6 HSE a few weeks ago, it's about time I said hello and thank everyone for their input on here
My new purchase came from Leicester and as most aging cars (let alone a P38) required a few minor repairs.
Saggy Headlining (replaced with a second hand one)
AC Condenser and pressure switch replaced
Second hand auto dimming rear view mirror
SRS Airbag light (just unplugging and plugging back in again cleared the fault?!)
Replaced the plenum filter and pollen filters
On top of the above I've vaxed the carpets, cleaned the leather, replaced the diff oils and transfer box oil and generally gave it a bit of love.
She has service history and 76k on the clock, runs smooth and generally very please. Previous owner had a multi point LPG installed which works very well.
All of the above was carried out with the assistance of RAVE and the posts on here - so thanks all
