can anyone tell me how to remove the headlights on a disco td5. I have looked at the plastic that needs twisting. How is this done without upsetting the settings of the lights. As I don't want to have to reset them. but don't see how It is done as they are under pressure.

Behind the bulkhead, there are two adjusting bolts either side of the light at the top, also on them is a clip sort of thing, you pull back the clip sort of thing give it half a turn and the light should come away from the bulkhead, the light is located in the sockets at the bottom.
There you go clear as mud
