On my p38 diesel the heater blower works but hardly any air comes out and when i turn the blower right down There is a clicking noise from the passenger side is this a heater servo problem or a flap problem does anyone have a similar experience.many thanks

Also check

If you have changed pollen filters, Leaves and crud dropped down into fan housing.

Thanks for advice looking at the pollen filters at the weekend I noticed that on the body where the winscreen wipers are positioned under the grill is a load of broken glass from a windscreen is there any way this can get into the heater system and if so any advice please
