Is it possible to get to (and replace if required) the headlamp washer pump without having to remove the front bumper?

Edit: Just for Neilly :D ... It's a Facelift model.

Since the freezing weather, both mine have stopped working, so I'm thinking that the motor has died when I've tried to wash the lights when it was filled with frozen washer fluid. I haven't checked the fuses yet, but I will do tomorrow.
 
Check the fuses.

Can you hear the pump running?

Pull the tube off the inside of the headlight, see if it flows?

I had similar prob, ended up pouring very hot water over the bottle from the inside of the wheelarch by pulling the liner out of the way.

I can't hear the pump running, but to be honest, I don't know if I ever could.

Once I've checked the fuses, I'll try your suggestion.

TBH, iirdc, they are separate fuses, so the chance of them both failing is slim.

You can bend the inner wheelarch down and pour hot water inside it. Plus it helps if you have decent cold weather screen wash.

Looking at RAVE, I'd say that you would at least have to remove the bumper end trim to get at the headlight washer pump, that's the one on the front of the fluid reservoir. The front and rear screen pumps are mounted on the back side of the reservoir and you should be able to get at them by removing the inner wing trim.
I'm fairly sure that the headlight pump doesn't run every time. You'll probably find that a) you must have the headlights on first and b) they would only operate then after every three operations of the front screen washer. It's under control of the BCU.
 
To check the headlamp washer pump/circuit remove relay R3 and bridge the perpendicular cavities in the fusebox, then if the pump and it's circuit are OK it will start running(provided fuse F4 is not blown)
