Hi. Had loads of problems this week with my head twitching freelander td 4 on a late 02 plate which are hopefully now sorted. The last problem I have is no brake lights and tc and hill decent lights on the dash. Looked about and all suggestion point to brake peddle switch which I have just fitted a new one to but still no lights for brakes and the tc and hd lights on dash. Anyone have any ideas please
Hi yes just checked. Also done a buzzer test with a multi meter on the old one and seems that was working ok
Just thought there is nothing you need to do to reset it
Try fitting it as in post 48 here..

We'll more cups of coffee later and sensible head on checked switch was getting power. No power to f2 fuse. Turns out ignition switch playing up and only working when in a certain position. Happy days
