TBH I don't think it's worth the hassle . First you would need to source the glass which means someone needs to dismantle a hard top in the first place, then dismantle you'r hard top without damaging any more of it like special clips etc, then you need to remove all of the bonding before bonding the new one in making sure it's all water-tight. Should be cheap enough to buy on Ebay or from a breakers, they are large and not in demand so breakers would rather sell them cheap than have them hanging around taking up valuable space.
I took one to my local tip in August as I was sick of the sight of it being behind the shed.
