Any idea how long glow plugs should last, replaced mine two years ago but noticed it was a bit slow to start this morning just as the weather is turning colder, was 1 degree.

Should stay on longer?

What make?

I have Delphi. Been on there 4 years or so.

And when I took them out last night one had snapped in half inside and another is definitely duff. Looks like you're lucky f they last 2 years.

Beru in mine now. GN013.

Looks like faulty glow plugs do show up on Nanocom

NANOCOM - EDC.APP - EDC faults file

GLOW PLUG (HEATERS) FAULT
Type: INVALID FAULT,LOGGED,INTERMITTENT
RPM = 0
WATER TEMP = 226
OCCURRANCE = 15

Who said they didn't? That's about as good as it gets though.
