The problem is terrible gear change and the cause of mine was this -
Problem is the old plate does not look very old.
Gearchange is now as it should be, next time will be a lot quicker.
New bush in bottom of lever as well but again the old one did not look very old.
Now need to fix the window switch plate as it has been mashed in the past and there are no screw holes left.
