when driving its hard to get into second gear, and sometimes when changing gears it clunks, when stationary you can select all gears, but you can hear a clicking noise, any ideas what problem might be? i havent checked gearbox oil as cant find the plug??

ive found gearbox plug, when i unscrewed it quite alot of oil come out, ive just took it out for another drive and gearbox fine now, must of been overfilled if thats possible
