Does anyone have an exploded diagram for the gearbox / transfer box on an ol' 3 door rangie? Ours had a clunking which we put down to wear but after a day out playing here 4WD Adventure Park Woodhill Forest, Auckland we lost 4 wheel drive, but still managed to extricate ourselves from the mud and get safely home!

Strip down reveals lots of teeth / lumps of metal where they shouldn't be (now residing in plastic bag!). Finding a secondhand box is proving difficult here in NZ but I can get replacement parts, trouble is I need a detailed diagram to show exactly what I need.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi Tracey, have you downloaded the "Rave CD's" included is "Micro cat for Land-rover" its a complete parts listing system (also works with your vehicles vin number), more exploded parts diagrams than you will ever need...
