Here is a thread to all the unsung heroes known as gate bunnies. (or bitch) depending on how you train your own particular individual.

For those who don't know about the gate bunny or not acquired one yet then let me explain.....they sit next to you whilst on an expedition or greenlaning trip who get out in rain, snow, mud, cow turds to open the gates and keep the flow going.

But not only that, they also keep the driver fed and watered, bring copious amounts of peanut M&Ms, adjust the ambient temperature inside the vehicle and also make sure the tunes are loud and the correct type is selected.

Then also photographer and facespace blogger. Then last but not least the navigator.

Oh almost forgot, keeps the banter on the chicken box going.

So lets all raise a beer to the gate bitch, ooops sorry bunny.

Totally agree!! MR Silverlandy loves being my gate bunny. He is also the horse trailer door bunny...closes the door after the horse's arse. Good bunny

There's a good bunny. Well done. We all should have a well trained bunny. Copious tea and CAKE!!
