Have a 97 300 tdi 130 and am going to be fitting an eber d2 in it next week.
Only Q i have is what is the ID of the outlet pipe from the tank?

8mm is the internal diameter,standard pipe available from most motor factors.

i would advise to take a fitting when buying the fuel pipe, i asked a similar question when attempting to plumb my 300 Tdi in and it resulted in me buying 8mm id rubber hose, the fittings were very loose inside and even with a clip around it it still leaked. I'm going to try some 6mm and warm it up to aid with installation.

3/8 feed, 5/16 return on the plastic pipes ,thats O/D
I have those sizes memorized
