Has anyone fitted a non-standard drivers seat to replace the original?

I have a Disco 3 door ( which needs a tlit mechanism ) and need to replace the drivers seat pronto before it goes for an MOT...

Call Longranger 4x4 on 07836598985 he does rebuilt/modified ones on exchange - that dont break.

where do you live mate?
you can borrow one of mine for the MOT test.

mines sorn at the moment.

Very kind Ormus, but I'm in the middle of France ...

I need to get the seat sorted to get french registration. I guess I'll have to make a trip back to the UK for a cheap replacement (scrappy etc.) as second hand parts are scarce over here.

I'll phone Longranger 4x4 and see what they can offer.

I put bucket seats in mine. That cured it at a cost of around £100
