Any advice on buying and fitting of bumper mounted recovery eyes

what kind of eyes to what kind of bumper? not generally recommended. better using jate rings on the chassis rails. built in ones on sterring guards are ok as are built into a HD or winch bumper. if your gonna put eyes into a standard bumper, for god sake, get a piece of n section steel behind it to reinforce.
