Ive got quite a bit of transmission oil leaking over the nearside front wheel on the discovery. There is no oil on the inside. Just sprayed on the outer face of the alloy.
Likely to be the hub seal?

check axle breather and hub cap ,oil shouldnt really reach splines in drive member so is a sign internal shaft seal is leaking which is common and not an issue unless it leaks out as yours

U need hub seal the paper gasket 2 lock washers. Easy job to do.

If you are 200 it is very strange, but would require the paper drive member gasket and investigation.

If 300, does it have the plastic spline cap fitted?

300tdi. Ive not had the wheel off yet. Wanted to get everything I needed before taking it all off.
