can anyone help me the viscous on my freelander is seized and I would like to overhaul it myself.
I have sourced the silicone oil just wondering if anyone had done this and could point me in the wright direction

There was a thread on this, do a search. Better still, fit a proper replacement and avoid destroying the transmission.

Or remove the propshaft and use it as a 2wd.
