don't do it, you'll f*ck the handling under braking up royally. if the drums are set up right, they should be more than up to the job.

same issue was discussed in LRO magazine some time ago, and they said the same. the exact phrase was "...would end up horrendously over braked"

to say nothing of having to get an engineers report for the insurers.

be better to spend your money on new drums and shoes, plus a brake fluid change
