Hi guys , hopefully someone will know. Will a swb prop fit a 5 door car?

Cheers Nodge, so my td4 one won’t fit my new 1.8 one?
Hi, according to the parts list all models up to c/no YA999999 used part no. FTC5428, this supersedes to p/no TVB000090 which is the same part no. they list from c/no 1A000001 onwards. There are no separate listings for 1.8, V6, or the diesels. It says the front props are still available new, so basically all the props are interchangeable between models that goes for front & rear. I'm only going by the genuine LR parts list but I hope this helps.Cheers Nodge, so my td4 one won’t fit my new 1.8 one?
Yeah, the VCU's are different for the V6. I haven't looked at the drive shafts but I'm sure like you they differ between models unless LR have now decided they're all interchangeableAren't the props all the same, but front drive shafts are different between engine models - some shared some different, probably more related to the gearbox.
The VCUs are different on V6, but isn't the main structure the same, just whether it has the damper?
Hi, I'm glad the parts list was correct. BTW there is no such thing as a short wheel base (SWB) Freelander.Just for 100% clarification on this so everyone knows, I just put a swb td4 prop on a 5 door 1.8 petrol so very much the same prop
have a good weekend
