hi does anybody know on the TD4 if there is a heat Guard between the top of the turbo where it goes onto the exhaust and the air filter box.

Not sure but there is one botled to the top of the IRD if you have felt round there and that's why you are asking

no not on the ird it is between the air box which takes the air filter and the exhaust I can see where it has been shoved out of the way to get at the three bolts that hold the turbo on.
