Posted a while ago to try and solve this problem, I think I might have finally found the cause,

Got a friend who works for Guava Land Rover in Guildford.

He tapped my symptoms of a vibration noise at low revs into the LR database and found the following Service bulletin

So... possibly not the exhaust manifold gasket as I first thought
