What are these like? I want it for towing a 4 berth caravan, and also I
regularly drive over farm paddocks to fly model aircraft, sometimes in
winter when it's a bit wet. (not with the caravan though!)

Iknow it's not in the same league as a Toyota Landcruiser etc. but would it
do for what I want. I'm looking at about a 1998 or so.

Any comments appreciated

Thanks

Hi Trefor
You will stay out of trouble with any 4x4 vehicle driving through mud and
grass. The Landcruiser is meant for going through the woods when there's no
path at all. (every wondered how new paths come in to being there at all?).
But that would be overkill for you, I guess.
I would also have a look at Subaru. A brand with a healthy reputation in
quality and sturdiness. I drive a Mitsubishi Pajero myself. A high quality
brand too.

Have fun.
Frank
