Any one know a easy way to pop the bump stops on? Cheers

on what model? If its a classic a couple of nuts and bolts per bump stop.

was for a p38, i got them on now, i usd a bit of spray grease and twisted them on, was a bit reluctant to use grease as wasnt sure whether it wud react to the foam, but its in for mot today, they seem secure enough, fingers crossed theres nowt else wrong

How did you get the original ones off? Was gonna swap mine out at some point, had a quick look and couldn't see easily how they're attached...awesomely useful rave directions "remove bumpstops".

Do they just pop off?

yeah just "pop" them off, with the use of a screwdriver, i used me pocket knife to get the last bits off.
