One of my front door hinges is worn a bit and I was looking at replacing the lot. Seen a nice set in the LRO but £225 for each pair of doors ouch!!!! Nearly 700 quid to do the lot!
They do look good but are they worth it has anybody used them and what's the verdict? looking for some honest opinions.
Would it be better just getting the Standard heavy duty ones at about £50 a set?

They must be gold ones. If you still want to chuck money at them you could down grade slightly to stainless

i bought a set of new take offs from a puma. i forget the price, a little more than britpart iirc

Got mine from Paddocks for not a lot, and yes they do have a tapered pin for 'percussive adjustment' as they wear down ... long after I've gone!

I also fitted a set of Paddock ones about two years ago. If I remember correctly I thinks they were about £15 each x 4 =£60. Plus the cost of the bolts. They have worked for me.
