Hi, I have a family friend who has a 200tdi defender 130 which has been stood in his garden for a few years now and I've asked and he has agreed he would sell it too me, we just have to agree price, it's 1993, crew cab, running, clutch gone, rust in a few places and tatty body but straight panels and the interior is well used and obviously no tax or mot. Any idea what something like this would be worth? I cannot get any pics as he lives along way away an the next time I will see it is hopefully wen I buy it


Then comes my even bigger dilemma would this make a nice project to return to like new condition via a full but and bolt rebuild, maby a rebuild with modifications such as lift, all terrain tyres and a fancy paint job? Or my final option should I strip it to nothing and make a one off expedition truck that I could use for the intended purpose?
