Hi Guys, I know that EPB failures are very common and have been posted about a lot. About 2 months ago I replaced my EPB module with a used one with new cables fitted. The previous one had failed with the well known screeching sound, and I had to do a manual release.

Anyway, I replaced it, along with new brake shoes, and discs, adjusted it all and I worked fine. Until yesterday when I went to park somewhere, and as I activated the EPB, it started activating, and then I heard a knock/smash sound, and the light just started blinking. Now it's not doing anything, no screech or anything, just the blinking light.

Anyone experienced this?
