ello ,im steve , just got my first land rover,a series 2 pick up

been restoring classics for over 20 years,moggys,mgb,scimitar,spitfire,beetles

i like the look of this as is tho,paid 2k yesterday with full mot

its a 67 and drives orrible, keeps cutting out at idle,front brakes not working offside,[hmmmmmm MOT]dodgy starter button........but i love it

gonna search for awnsers to many things that need sorting on it

the dizzy cap and leads look 25 yr old,so a service,and of course simonbbc module first,then hopfully a sticking brake cylinder

its only done 500mls since 2010

the cutting out try a new coil mine cuts out when reving changed the coil and it settled down. the best place for spares is island 4x4 in maidstone iam nearly there finishing mine and have got everything fromm them
