Hi so I have a 1988 110 3.5 V8. And today I was replacing the battery gauge with a tach and as I was tidying some electrics I tried to start the car and strange things happened. The lights and starter motor still work but other things are getting no power, no fuel pump for sure and no signs on life in the dash at all, therefore won't start, so I thought I must be a fuse or two, but all are fine? Im a bit confused, haven't spent too much time on it as it got dark , so haven't check if I've got spark but wierd.
Any ideas would be great.

Have you knocked a cable off the ignition barrel? Take clocks back out & have a look at the rear of the barrel
