Remove the electric motor and fit a manual winding handle, simples
exactly but am wondering if the handle is ALL i need, no other covers, plastic etc?

No, the headlining plastic trim is different, one has a place for switches the other has a recess to park the winding handle when not in use.
A lot easer to get the electrics functioning than change to manual operation I would think.
